We created this event for gals just like you. To provide an
outlet to sell your items, make a little cash, be around other cool gals, and
at the end of the day, donate any leftover items to our chosen charity if you
choose.
Let’s be honest, most urban professional gals like us live in apartments or condos with small closets and living spaces cramped full of too much stuff. When we finally decide to revamp, get rid of those boxes full of donations blocking our closet doors or, we need to move, we end up throwing things away because the process of donating, giving things away, putting it on eBay or posting it on Craigslist takes too much time or just seems daunting.

Who can sell at the Urban Girl’s Garage Sale?
If you are an Urban Girl looking to sell your stylish second hand goods this is the event dedicated to you. We ask that you committ to only selling quality items and goods. Trust me your buyers will be much happier!
If you are a retailer that is interested in selling , there will be a limited number of tables available for you.
Why should I sell?
This is a great opportunity to get rid of all those items you’ve collected after spring cleaning in February and to make some extra money.
How much does it cost?
1 person selling is $100 (Price may vary)
2 or more persons selling is $150 (Grab your friends and sell together!)
You may think a $100 is a lot, but we’ll give you the tools to prepare, stay organized and save time. We also do all the marketing and PR for the event to attract buyers. Just think if you were to have your own garage sale, a classified ad an your supplies would run you $100.
What do I get for selling?
You will have access to set up morning of starting at 7:45 am.
Will there be an area for my larger items to display?
Yes, there will be a space at the event to leave your large items. An Urban
Girls’ Garage Sale Team Member will be with the items at all times.
How do I take payments?
Each seller is responsible for their sales. You can take payments however you like, your tool kit will provide you some a list of different ways to take payment. We suggest guests to bring cash, but you must inform the buyer of the best way to purchase upfront.
Where can I donate left over items that did not sell?
You will have the option to donate all unsold items to our on-site featured charity.
What if I need garment racks, additional chairs or tables?
No problem, we’ve got you covered! You can rent the following items from us on and we will have it all ready for you. Please make sure to inform us you need a rental form and get that back to us in a timely matter a week before the event.
What if I want to sell, but can only be there for a few hours or need help loading and unloading?

- Each seller will get one 6 ft table, linen, and one chair.
- Virtual Took Kit: Spreadsheets to keep your goods in order, tips on what to sell, how to prepare your items for sale, how to prepare for the event, signage and pricing tags.
- Day-of Prep Kit: includes 50 tags, labels, and receipts
- Listing on our website: Sellers will be listed on our website with a photo and a quick bio. This is optional.
